  • Click on the death registration link
  • Click on the general public signup and register yourselves

  • Now click on ‘Add death registration’ button
  • After filling the form completely without any errors
  • Finally, submit the form
  • Pay the nominal processing fee to the e-Nagar Palika, an application number after filling the form will give to you.
