  • The death certificate registration can be done online and offline.
  • The applicant can visit the District Statistical Office nearby and submit the required application form along with all necessary documents
  • To register the death certificate through online, visit the web portal ejamma.kar.nic.in
  • If you are a new user then get registered yourselves first and then click on “login” button by entering your login credentials
  • For death, registration click on ‘Death Registration’ button.
  • Upload all the relevant document proofs
  • Submit the form by clicking on submit button
  • You have to pay a nominal processing fee at EjanMa center. You will be provided with an application number which is useful to check the status of the application
  • A death certificate will be issued after the verification of certificates by the officials
